DIY Cushions

These simple texture effects will make your cushions look chic and stylish. Martha Stewart presents us a simple idea how to renew your living room easily by changing the old cushions . For this you will need some pillow cases, pillows smaller than the cases (you may use stuffing), needle and thread, chalk. Step 1 Turn the pillow cases inside out. Use the chalk to outline a proportional net (each point of the net will be a fold end). Step 2 Fold the tissue as shown on the picture. Stich it up (the farther from the end you stich the deeper will be the fold). Step 3 After stiching wrap the thread two times and fasten. Repeat for every point. Then place the stuffing or the cushion and stich up the pillow case. Idea: Martha Stewart Explore more ideas for cushions
